Marketing and Distribution Plan
The grant request is intentionally weighted toward marketing because distribution is the main constraint for retail adoption.
High-level strategy
We will execute a retail-facing rollout built around:
- High-visibility activations that generate real-world attention and online content
- A structured rollout across easily accessible markets
- A repeatable playbook that can be deployed across multiple locations and community partners
We have an activation framework designed to create moments that translate into content, sharing, and onboarding. We will keep details in supporting materials and maintain this proposal at a formal summary level.
Digital marketing and campaigns
In parallel, we will run always-on digital campaigns to convert awareness into measurable onboarding and retention:
- Paid acquisition across retail channels
- Retargeting to complete onboarding and drive first participation
- Creator distribution with referral tracking and campaign reporting
- Landing pages and funnel optimization to improve conversion
- Analytics to tie each campaign to activation, retention, and cost per activated user
Expected outcomes
- A retail-first consumer social media betting platform launch on Aptos
- Measurable increases in new user activations attributed to Beforehand campaigns
- Increased transaction activity driven by market creation, participation, and settlement
- A repeatable university rollout playbook starting in South Florida
- A flagship retail case study the Aptos ecosystem can point to for consumer onboarding
